A meditative platform deck in solid Ipe, designed as a quiet transition between interior and garden. The integrated benches are supported by traditional Japanese joinery, with wedged through tenons and contrasting maple keys anchoring each support. Stone-filled channels beneath the benches offer drainage and grounding while echoing natural riverbeds. Built with reverence for grain, joinery, and rhythm, the piece invites stillness through structure and restraint.
